THE RANCH is a high‑end, fine dining establishment renowned for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Dishwasher to join our passionate team.

• Dishwashing: Efficiently clean and sanitize all kitchenware, including dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware, using proper cleaning agents and techniques by machine and hand when necessary.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the dishwashing area, floors, and equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain dishwashing equipment, such as the dishwasher, to ensure optimal performance, and report any issues to management.
• Waste Management: Properly dispose of food waste and recyclable materials according to restaurant guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Adherence to Standards: Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
