EVENT SERVER

Event Servers are serving staff that work all off premise events. An Event Server will be required to work with all Canyon Catering Event Staff, such as chefs, bartenders. Canyon Catering Events Servers must make sure each course is delivered as quickly as possible and that all beverages are replenished and full at all times. Canyon Catering Event Servers should remove each round of plates and answer questions from guests.

At a private residence they will be required to Tray Pass and Set up Food Stations and Food Displays as well as maintain a clean work environment. Event Servers are often responsible for the set up and clean up and breakdown of the events.

Most off site staff positions are part time on-call with most event work being evenings and weekends. Events are located at private homes, venues and some unusual locations.

• Assist in unloading of equipment and food from truck
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Place all equipment and food in designated area of events
• Set up Tables, Buffets and Stations
• Serve every table
• Refill Beverages
• Clear each course of plates and flatware
• Clean up and Break down of the event
• Load up all equipment onto Canyon Vehicle
