Job Description
You were born to be the boss. You pull the team together at home and at work, ensuring everyone (including your own boss) does what they need to do. Domino’s Pizza is looking for leaders to become Assistant Managers. This role requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities- Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Ensure staff follows all policies and procedures at 100 % compliance.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management,, scheduling, and store cleanliness.
- Deliver excellent customer service, maintain a great store image, and meet profitability goals.
- Maintain marketing, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
Starts at $21 per hour, up to $24 per hour depending on skill level.
Qualifications- Accurate math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
- Ability to give clear written instructions.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Motor coordination and ability to work with a computer or touchscreen.
- Financial change handling and order entry accuracy.
- Orientation and on‑the‑job training.
- Management‑specific training: business and people‑management skills.
Standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, squatting, reaching, hand tasks, use of tools and equipment. The work involves frequent movement, temperature variations, dust, and exposure to hot surfaces and sharp edges.
Working Conditions- Outdoor exposure: weather, temperature changes.
- In‑store temperatures from 36 °F to 90 °F+.
- Fume exposure from cooking and cornmeal dust.
- Hot surfaces and tools up to 500 °F.
- Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
