• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and questions
• Share detailed information about products, features, and promotions
• Operate the POS system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise
• Handle customer issues professionally and ensure a positive resolution
• Meet sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
• Receive and organize inventory, restock shelves, and support display setups
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a welcoming and helpful team dynamic

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Basic knowledge of using POS systems and handling transactions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain store appearance
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
