Strategic Account Manager – Healthcare

Responsibilities

After completing our award‑winning training, you outline beneficial combinations of our voice, data and video solutions for healthcare organizations. You cultivate and maintain key B2B relationships while building an extensive network.

  • Complete our 10‑week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Serve as an advocate and grow key relationships to develop tailored product solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations to decision‑makers that align with business needs.
  • Field‑based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  • Identify target healthcare contacts for product portfolios and facilitate face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Maintain an accurate client database to report on sales activities.
  • Understand the FCC guidelines and work with regulatory agencies to ensure client implementation.
What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Three or more years of healthcare sales experience;
    Five or more years of strategic B2B sale experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in HIPAA compliance regulations;
    Familiar with Salesforce, ICOMS or CSG.
  • Skills: Networking and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to manage change and cultivate market opportunities.
  • Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience selling telecommunications products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in another sales channel or telesales on embedded accounts.
  • Familiar with Spectrum Business products.
Compensation

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $71,400.
