Job Description:
The GSOC (Security Operations Center) Operator is responsible for monitoring and supporting security operations across multiple medical clinic locations throughout California. This role ensures the safety and security of staff, patients, and property by utilizing surveillance systems, access control tools, and incident reporting platforms.
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems for all clinic sites.
- Respond to security alerts and elevate incidents per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of security events and activities.
- Communicate with on-site security personnel and clinic staff to coordinate responses.
- Assist in emergency situations by following clinic-specific procedures.
- Provide regular status updates to management and document all incidents in the SOC system.
- Answer telephones, acknowledge alarm signals, and monitor video recording devices across service areas.
- Document incidents on the “Daily Activity Report”.
- Respond to the security needs of assigned healthcare facilities and personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; security-related certifications preferred.
- Prior experience in a GSOC environment or security monitoring role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with security technology platforms.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
- No prior work experience required.
- $25.00 per hour.
