Certa Pro Painters Responsibilities:

• Wearing the proper professional painter attire: white pants or shorts and a Certa Pro Painters shirt.
• Maintaining regular communication with your Job Site Supervisor, including updates on upcoming jobs and weather-related adjustments.
• Maintaining all painting equipment.
• Handling all reasonable requests from customers and supervisors.
• Attending all required training sessions and company meetings.
• Following safe working practices.
• Delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Handling additional responsibilities as discussed.

• Preparing, priming, sanding, sealing, patching, and painting surfaces using various materials.
• Taping, flushing, repairing, and applying texturing or acoustic layers; adjusting colors as needed; utilizing advanced finishing skills.
• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and electrostatic sprayers; safely storing and labeling materials.
• Working on residential and commercial painting projects.
