As our Lead Fire Alarm Tech, you will lead your team to install, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems, including state-of-the-art fire alarm systems. You will troubleshoot issues, conduct annual fire alarm inspections, and keep meticulous records. Whether bending conduit, reading blueprints, or programming panels, your expertise will shine as you ensure buildings are safe and systems are running flawlessly.

• 5+ years of fire alarm field experience
• Proven ability to lead a crew
• Experience with conduit bending and blueprint reading
• Good driving record
• Reliable vehicle for 20-mile commutes

• Fire alarm panel programming experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time role with shifts starting between 4 and 6 AM, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available for those who want to maximize their earning potential. You will work across Southern California, traveling to sites across Orange County, Riverside County, San Diego County, and Los Angeles County, with dispatch from home.
