We’re expanding and looking for a Senior Fleet Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance inspections, road test vehicles, and mentor junior technicians.

• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues in heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and road tests.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Comply with all Federal and State compliance guidelines.

• 4+ years of experience in automotive/heavy truck maintenance.
• Class B Commercial Driver’s License (preferred).
• Prior training or experience in heavy‑duty electrical systems diagnostics.
• CFC 609 Certification.
• Basic welding skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pass post‑offer drug test, physical and background check.
• Lift up to 50 pounds at times.

• Base Pay: $38–$45/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
