YMCA of San Diego is seeking a Social Work Case Manager for the Housing Our Youth (HOY) program in San Diego. The role provides trauma-informed case management to youth experiencing homelessness, promoting self-sufficiency and connectedness to services.
The position is in-person, Monday–Friday with a 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and may require driving YMCA vehicles for program activities. A bachelor’s degree and fingerprinting are required per program policies.
