Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an IELTS/PTE Faculty member. The faculty will be responsible for teaching IELTS and PTE preparatory courses, developing lesson plans and instructional materials, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill improvement. You will also help students enhance all language skills, prepare for exams, and achieve their learning goals in English proficiency.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in teaching and preparing students for IELTS and PTE exams, with a deep understanding of exam formats, scoring, and strategies.
Proficiency in English, including grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Experience with creating lesson plans, customizing instructional techniques, and assessing students' progress effectively.
Ability to motivate and guide students, demonstrating patience and cultural sensitivity; strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Prior experience in teaching English as a second language or conducting test preparation courses is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field (preferred).
