Role Context

HLE Glascoat Limited is a leading manufacturer of process equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We are market leaders in Filtration and Drying Equipment and are a leading manufacturer of Glass Lined Equipment globally. We manufacture a wide range of chemical processing equipment in an equally wide range of materials for some of the most demanding applications. We are introducing new products in the market to cater same set of customers.

Deliverables

- Conduct material testing and analysis using Dilatometer, Optical Microscope, Rheometer, and ICP-OES.
- Perform wet chemical analysis of raw materials, slips, enamels, and glass samples.
- Carry out acid and alkali corrosion tests and other DIN / ISO standard tests applicable to enamel, glass, slip, and raw materials.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to 5S practices within the laboratory.
- Prepare, review, and maintain test reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Support quality control, process validation, and troubleshooting based on test results.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external audit requirements.

Non-negotiables

- 2 to 4 years of experience into material sampling & testing
- Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic , Metallurgy or Material Science Background
