Leggat Ancaster Toyota is looking for a full-time Hybrid Toyota Technician (310S Licensed)!

Are you an experienced Automotive Technician with a passion for Toyota vehicles and hybrid technology? Leggat Auto Group is looking for a skilled and motivated 310S Licensed Technician to join our growing team.

Compensation: $34-$36 per Flat Rate Hour + Bonus Opportunities

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs including hybrid and electrified models
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining Toyota and manufacturer standards
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or safety requirements
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
• Perform road tests and safety inspections as required
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders
• Stay current with evolving hybrid, EV, and automotive technologies through ongoing training

• Consideration may be given to highly skilled 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices
• Valid driver’s license (Class G) and a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
