Leggat Ancaster Toyota  is looking for a full-time  Hybrid Toyota Technician (310S Licensed) !

Are you an experienced Automotive Technician with a passion for Toyota vehicles and hybrid technology? Leggat Auto Group is looking for a skilled and motivated  310S Licensed Technician  to join our growing team.

Compensation: $34-$36 per Flat Rate Hour + Bonus Opportunities

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs including hybrid and electrified models

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining Toyota and manufacturer standards

Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or safety requirements

Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors

Perform road tests and safety inspections as required

Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders

Stay current with evolving hybrid, EV, and automotive technologies through ongoing training

Successful Candidates Possess

Consideration may be given to highly skilled 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices

Valid driver’s license (Class G) and a clean driving record

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
