Position: Full-Time Coffee Process Operator
Join Tim Horton's as a Full-Time Coffee Process Operator at our Ancaster facility, ensuring quality coffee production and handling of raw materials. Operate packaging machinery and manage coffee blends with precision.

In this afternoon shift role, you will unload, store, and blend coffee beans while maintaining operational standards. Your focus on quality checks and safety protocols will contribute to our commitment to excellence in delivering exceptional coffee. This position requires effective communication and a detail-oriented approach to maintain production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and store green coffee beans safely

• Blend and bag coffee beans for shipments

• Set up and operate packaging machines accurately

• Conduct quality inspections and machine maintenance

• Complete production reports and manage raw materials

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in food production and packaging

• Ability to operate a forklift and handling equipment

• Strong attention to detail in tasks and safety

• Effective communication skills for team collaboration

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
