As a Quality Engineering Specialist, you will ensure high standards across manufacturing operations. Your expertise in supplier quality, problem-solving, and automotive quality systems will help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes compliance and quality assurance supporting production and quality technicians while managing supplier processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production cells
• Drive resolution of quality issues through root cause analysis
• Coach Quality Technicians to uphold quality compliance
• Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation
• Manage supplier quality processes including PPAP reviews
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or diploma in a related field
• Experience in manufacturing and automotive quality
• Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA and SPC
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communicator across all organizational levels
