Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct various sales and service activities
• Operate computerized sales systems
• Maintain postal product and service knowledge
• Accurately process cash and card transactions
• Sort and receive incoming mail items
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience in retail
• Sales experience is a bonus
• Must manage physical demands (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong focus on customer service excellence
• Preference for Indigenous Peoples and persons with disabilities
