Manage and oversee comprehensive tax compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. Review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Research and resolve complex federal and state tax matters. Provide strategic tax guidance and recommendations to clients. Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting professionals. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Collaborate with firm leadership to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. Maintain current knowledge of changing tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance, preparation, and review.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing tax engagements.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and support developing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
