Administrative Assistant - Receptionist NANA (On-Call)

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone, greet visitors, and prepare correspondence
  • Maintain front desk filing system
  • Monitor and order office supply inventory
  • Monitor and maintain operation of office machines
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide support to administrative departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
