Receives callers and visitors at the establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers and visitors to correct destination. Also, provides general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for answering and placing telephone calls, operating company switchboard, and notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers and/or visitors
- Provides administrative support including but not limited to typing, filing, copying, and coordinating calendars
- Greets customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
- Sorts and routes mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate party
- Coordinate’s meetings and organizes catering
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred
Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
