Overview
Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant, the employee is responsible for providing administrative support to Doyon Drilling, Inc., to include answering multi-line telephone and greeting visitors among other administrative duties.
Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Answer telephone, greet visitors, and prepare correspondence
- Maintain front desk filing system
- Monitor and order office supply inventory
- Monitor and maintain operation of office machines
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide support to administrative departments
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Proficient in MS Office including;
Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point
The work is generally sedentary, requiring routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than forty pounds.
