This full-time position in Anchorage, AK offers $28 per hour

As a B-Level Automotive Technician - Mechanic, you will:
- Perform diagnostics and moderate repairs under supervision. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and suspension work.
- Utilize ALLDATA, Identifix, and PRODEMAND to diagnose and address vehicle issues.
- Independently handle 80% of vehicle systems, consulting with senior technicians as needed.
- Maintain 90% productivity, with a goal of 35-40 billed hours per week.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, keeping callback rates below 3%.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Proficiency in ALLDATA, Identifix, and PRODEMAND
- Ability to diagnose and repair most vehicle systems independently
- ASE A1-A4 certifications (or the willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- TIA & BG certifications (must be completed within 90 days)
- Own complete toolset for moderate repairs
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs
