As a B-Level Automotive Technician - Mechanic, you will:

• Perform diagnostics and moderate repairs under supervision. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and suspension work.
• Utilize ALLDATA, Identifix, and PRODEMAND to diagnose and address vehicle issues.
• Independently handle 80% of vehicle systems, consulting with senior technicians as needed.
• Maintain 90% productivity, with a goal of 35-40 billed hours per week.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, keeping callback rates below 3%.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Proficiency in ALLDATA, Identifix, and PRODEMAND
• Ability to diagnose and repair most vehicle systems independently
• ASE A1-A4 certifications (or the willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• TIA & BG certifications (must be completed within 90 days)
• Own complete toolset for moderate repairs
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs
