As a B-Level Automotive Tech, you start your day tackling diagnostics and moderate repairs, handling oil changes, brakes, tire services, and suspension work like a pro. With cutting‑edge technology at your fingertips, you diagnose efficiently and keep cars running smoothly. In this auto repair position, you own 80% of vehicle systems, working independently while leaning on senior techs for trickier jobs.

Your goal? 35-40 billed hours per week, a callback rate under 3%, and 90% productivity.

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Proficiency in ALLDATA, Identifix, and PRODEMAND
• Ability to diagnose and repair most vehicle systems independently
• ASE A1-A4 certifications (or the willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• TIA & BG certifications (must be completed within 90 days)
• Own complete toolset for moderate repairs
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs
