About the Role: The QARCHL1 position is a critical role within the Business Services sector, focused on delivering high-quality architectural and strategic solutions that drive organizational efficiency and growth. Base pay range: $10,000.00/yr - $20,000.00/yr
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or a similar role within the business services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business architecture frameworks and tools.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Business Architecture (e.g., Certified Business Architect - CBA) or related professional credentials.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the New York City business services market.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies impacting business architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business architecture frameworks that align with organizational goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, identify challenges, and propose effective architectural solutions.
- Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Support the implementation of architectural initiatives by coordinating with project teams and monitoring progress against objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to business architecture.
