This senior-level program management role is responsible for guiding complex initiatives across supply chain or related operational functions. The position partners closely with cross-functional leaders to design, implement, and sustain programs that enhance efficiency, service delivery, quality outcomes, and cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will take a strategic, systems-focused approach to solving both enterprise-wide and urgent operational challenges.
This role is hybrid, with preference given to applicants who live within a reasonable commuting distance of one of the listed work locations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the evaluation, design, rollout, and long-term adoption of large-scale programs and improvement initiatives
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to functional or service-line teams
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify operational gaps and develop practical, data-driven solutions
- Apply continuous improvement principles to strengthen performance, consistency, and value across operations
- Ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities and values while driving measurable results
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline
- Formal training or coursework in Lean Six Sigma or continuous process improvement
- Education or certification in project or program management
- Ten or more years of progressive experience in a relevant functional area or service segment
Compensation is location-based and falls within established hourly ranges depending on geographic region. Placement within the range is determined by experience, skills, and other job-related factors. Additional forms of compensation may be available depending on role requirements and eligibility.
