Business Data Analyst

Job Summary

Their primary goal is to find a self‑motivated professional who can research and document business processes while ensuring high standards of data quality and system integrity. Because this role supports the full project lifecycle, the client needs someone who can not only analyze requirements and manage risks but also translate those findings into clear user guides and training materials for internal staff.

Ultimately, they are looking for a “hands‑on” analyst with 2‑5 years of experience who is comfortable working under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency (specifically in Microsoft applications and systems analysis) with strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, hit deadlines, and drive process improvements to completion.

Scope:
Responsible for business analyst and data management activities to assist with project delivery.

• Researches, defines, documents business processes, and objectives with a focus on data quality and process documentation.

• Learns quickly and can assist users with training, as needed.

• Assists with creating and maintaining user guides used to facilitate the learning of business information systems and supporting processes.

• Partners with functional and strategic areas to establish and maintain a unified approach to implementing processes.

• Manages work and project delivery tasks, under minimal supervision with high quality delivery.

• Performs work with high standard of quality to ensure best practices and standards are aligned to processes.

• Business and Systems Analysis and quality data entry

• Strong verbal and written communication Skills

• System implementation experience

• Project Organization Skills

• Collaboration and teamwork skills

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft applications

• Ability to work independently in an office setting, and meet deadlines

• Detail oriented

EXPERIENCE:

2 – 5 years of experience in quality data entry, training, business analysis and/or project management.
