SummaryUnder general supervision, supports compliance programs by assisting with surveys, audits, and background checks to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and aids in process improvements. Prepares and presents compliance data to HR leadership, working closely with external partners on compliance and accreditation, managing regulatory readiness, and advising on compliance matters. Manages compliance records, updates reports, and identifies compliance issues, coordinating with internal teams to uphold standards during onboarding and pre-employment.
