Part-Time Dental Assistant/Front Desk

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Assistant / Front Desk Professional to join a busy dental practice on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous dental experience who enjoys working with patients and is comfortable assisting with both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is someone who can jump in where needed, keep things running smoothly, and help create a welcoming experience for every patient.

• Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient inquiries.
• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support dental staff with chairside assisting and patient preparation as needed.
• Prepare, clean, and sterilize dental instruments and treatment areas.
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

• Previous experience in a dental office is required.
• Experience with dental assisting, front desk duties, or a combination of both.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and transition between clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dental practice management software.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
• Positive attitude and a patient-focused approach.

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Part-time schedule
