Coverage Needed:
- Start Date:
ASAP - End Date:
Ongoing - Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Clinical Details:
- Daily patient volume: 10-12 patients per day, 1-3 inpatients per day
- Mix of hematology vs oncology: 30% hematology and 70% oncology
- 3 additional MDs on staff
- IM department admits approx 1300 patients yearly
- Equipment: chemotherapy is given in the inpatient & outpatient settings as well as in the in patient's home "service unit"
- Responsible for provision of consultative & direct care services both inpatient & outpatient
- Hospital environment including medical wards, ICU, Radiology & Angiography laboratories & outpatient clinic
Requirements:
- Board Certification required
- Any active state license accepted
- Provider must be able to provide at least 5 consecutive days of coverage
