A nonprofit rheumatology clinic in Anchorage is adding a BE/BC Rheumatologist to its team of two physicians and one APP. This primarily outpatient role offers a 4‑day workweek, no overnight or weekend duties, and a sustainable practice pace without compromising income.
Position Details- Primarily outpatient clinic – 4‑day workweek.
- No overnight or weekend requirements.
- Case mix includes complex autoimmune disorders, arthritis, lupus, connective tissue diseases, and more.
- Competitive base salary of $400,000 with $50,000 incentive bonuses, $6,000/year CME stipend, $70,000 recruitment bonus, PTO, retirement savings plan, and full health benefits.
