A local church in Alaska is seeking a full-time Assistant Pastor to work closely with the Senior Pastor and lead various ministries including preaching and youth activities. Ideal candidates are recent M.Div. graduates with strong pastoral gifts and a commitment to Reformed theology. Responsibilities include preaching, pastoral care, and aiding in community group ministries.

This role offers an initial three-year call with potential for longer-term placement. Salary range is $71k-$90k annually, within a vibrant supportive congregation.
