• Engineer and manage projects for municipal solid waste, industrial waste, and recycling facilities.
• Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of landfills, monofil liners, final cover systems, storm‑water controls, groundwater monitoring, leachate management, landfill gas, and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients, communities, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and quality.

• Minimum 5 years of solid waste engineering experience.
• Minimum 10 years of general Civil/Environmental Engineering experience.
• Experience in MSW facility design, permitting, and construction.
• Proven leadership and project‑management skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Local candidates are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of design experience managing civil/site design projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Project engineering and project‑management experience.
