How a Telecommunications Analyst Will Make An Impact- Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
- Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
- Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
- Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
- Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
- Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
- Provides end‑user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree:
Degree in IT related field desirable (but not required).
Required Technical
Skills:
Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms;
Alcatel phone system experience, IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust (minimum).
Required

Communication and problem solving. After hours call‑out support.
