Floor Staff Closing Availability

Floor Staff – $16/hour (Closing Availability Preferred)

Position at Regal; part-time/variable; responsible for guest service at Box Office, Concession, and Ushers.

• Operate POS system with accurate cash handling.
• Upsell/suggest Premium Viewing Experience.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA and company policy.
• Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries in a professional manner.

• Operate POS and manage cash drawer and inventory.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Prepare, operate, and clean all concession equipment.
• Upsell/suggest products.
• Comply with all food safety laws and state/federal regulations.
• Meet required alcohol certification where applicable.
• Abide by all break and meal period laws.
• Complete required training on sexual harassment and discrimination.

• Tear tickets, collect stubs, direct patrons to auditoriums.
• Inspect backpacks/packages as needed.
• Manage crowd control and seat patrons.
• Enforce MPAA rating system.
• Conduct in-theatre inspections for picture/sound quality and security.
• Report issues to management.
• Perform concession auxiliary sales as directed.
• Clean auditoriums and public areas after shows.
• Maintain vending equipment cleanliness and operation.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progression toward completion.
• Good public speaking, listening, and communication skills.
• Math skills: perform calculations accurately and correct errors.
• Reasoning skills: identify problems, analyze data, reach conclusions, act under pressure.
• Physical ability: stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, occasionally lift up to 60 lbs; vision requirements include close and distant vision.
• Ability to comply with all relevant laws and policies.
