As the Director of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations for the property located in Anchorage, AK. This full‑time, on‑site role includes managing budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance, alongside analyzing financial performance and developing strategic recommendations. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize financial processes, ensure alignment with company goals, and support decision‑making through data analysis and reporting.

• Strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and decision‑making based on quantitative insights.
• Familiarity with compliance standards, internal controls, and financial regulations, particularly within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration with owners, teams, and executives.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Prior experience in a management‑level finance role within the hospitality or related industry is a plus.
