Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead the finance and accounting function while serving as a strategic business partner across the organization. This role combines executive-level financial leadership with full Controller responsibility, making it ideal for someone who can move comfortably between strategic decision-making and hands‑on financial oversight.
Healthcare finance experience is required. The successful candidate must understand healthcare revenue cycle management, reimbursement, payer dynamics, collections, and bad debt and be able to connect those areas to the organization’s broader financial and operational performance. The right leader will do more than report the numbers. They will understand the story behind them, identify trends and risks, ask the right questions, and provide leadership with clear, practical recommendations.

Deliver timely financial reporting and analysis of performance, variances, cost trends, and operational drivers. Develop and monitor financial and operational metrics that give leadership meaningful visibility into organizational performance.
Partner with department leaders to strengthen financial understanding, accountability, and budget ownership.
Controller & Accounting Oversight

Analyze the financial impact of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and other reimbursement trends. Support improvements related to documentation, charge capture, billing, collections, and reimbursement.
