Associate Director, Trust & Investment Services
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Trust & Investment Services for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:- Lead business development and relationship management efforts for the Wealth Management & Trust Department.
- Coach, mentor, and manage trust and investment officers.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow trust and investment business.
- Oversee trust administration, investment management, and complex client relationships.
- Collaborate with bank partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, banking regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage departmental performance, reporting, and staff development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of trust, investment management, or wealth management experience.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP designation preferred
- Advanced knowledge of trust administration and investment markets preferred.
