Finance Manager

Strategic Advisory Group runs lean, which means our Finance Manager owns the full ledger rather than a slice of it. This inclusive manager role offers $126,000 - $210,000, the freedom to own your roadmap, and a team that helps you grow.

• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives
• Walk auditors through documentation so clean it answers itself
• Own grant compliance so Strategic Advisory Group never returns a restricted dollar
• Build the close documentation a new manager hire could follow blind
• Sharpen month-end close until it runs in days, not weeks

• An Anchorage grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• Experience translating External Audit complexity for a non-technical audience
• Comfort with the hybrid cadence of an Anchorage-based operation
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions

Strategic Advisory Group is the builder-led AK company that built its name on finance work nobody else wanted to do properly. Burnout is treated as a system bug at Strategic Advisory Group, not a badge of collaborative honor.

Start strong at $126,000 - $210,000, grow with a mentor, settle into benefits, and enjoy flexibility that finally fits Anchorage.

Live and listening, the hiring team reads new applications as they arrive.
