- Clinical Leadership:
Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring that all patient care meets the highest standards of quality and safety. - Team Coordination:
Effectively coordinate and supervise nursing personnel involved in direct patient care, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment. - Quality Assurance:
Oversee and implement quality assurance processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery and patient outcomes. - Treatment Team
Collaboration:
Actively participate as a valued member of the multi‑disciplinary treatment team, contributing nursing expertise to support the organization’s treatment philosophy. - Patient Safety:
Prioritize the safety and well‑being of patients, implementing protocols and measures to ensure their protection and comfort during their stay. - Staff Development:

Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards. - Resource Management:
Efficiently manage resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, to optimize patient care. - Patient Advocacy:
Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns and needs while promoting their overall health and recovery.
- Current Alaska nursing license.
- Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the treatment team and patients.
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Must be 21 or older.
