Pro Care Home Medical is growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Anchorage team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced office, and want to make a difference in your community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Process home medical equipment (DME) and supply orders
• Communicate with patients, doctors, and insurance providers
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations
• Enter and update data accurately in electronic systems
• Support billing and documentation processes as needed
• Provide excellent customer service on phone and in person

• Insurance verification and prior authorization experience (Required)
• Medical billing experience (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care) (Required)
• Experience in a medical office or DME/HME environment (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology and data entry systems
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work with urgency
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Excellent phone and communication skills (required)
• Type at least 45 wpm (required)
• 10-key by touch (preferred)
• Two years of healthcare or DME experience (preferred)
