The Respiratory Therapist provides services to patients in the NICU/PICU as prescribed by Physicians/NNPs in conjunction with established policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. She/He is responsible for assessing the patient’s respiratory status and recommending appropriate therapies. She/He implements therapies and evaluates patient response to therapeutic interventions. The Respiratory Therapist accepts and promotes professional development as an integral part of practice. She/He will assess, analyze, customize, coordinate and communicate the patient’s plan of care and actively collaborate with other members of the health care team.
- Full time, 9.0 FTE, Variable Shift, 36 Hours Per Week
- Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week as needed

Required Qualifications- National Registered Respiratory Therapist – National Board for Respiratory Care upon hire, Or
- National Certified Respiratory Therapist – National Board for Respiratory Care upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 5 years experience in pediatrics respiratory therapy.
- Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care.
