We are seeking Phlebotomists to partner with us in providing services to Military Service members. The position primarily involves weekend work, with some weekday shifts as needed, in the State of _________.

About the Program: Under The Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force, including:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities include:

• Phlebotomy/Blood draw
• Immunizations
• EKG
• Manual vitals and vision assessments

Requirements:

• Phlebotomy Certification (required)
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum one year of experience (preferred)
• Passionate, friendly, and caring attitude
• Use of universal precautions
• Experience working with military or mobile medical services (preferred)
• Proficiency with computer programs
• Weekend availability is mandatory
