Mental Health Counselor (Masters) – Providence
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree to join our Crisis Recovery Center at Providence Residential Treatment Anchorage. The role is part‑time (0.01 FTE, variable weeks as needed) and requires direct client care onsite.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center.
- Provide direct client care services, including assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy.
- Plan and deliver client, family, peer, and community education.
- Coordinate services with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Licensure upon hire:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), or Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

Salary
$37.84 – $58.75 per hour (base rate; additional compensation such as shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, bonuses may apply).
