They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Triage Scheduler to support patient flow, scheduling, and communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients calling into the clinic for scheduling needs.
• Gather key patient information to ensure accurate scheduling and triage of calls.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, coordinating with providers and nursing staff.
• Prioritize urgent cases and communicate with the clinical team to support patient care.
• Document patient interactions and appointment details in the clinic’s EMR system.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patients feel heard and supported.
• Assist with general front-office duties as needed.

• Previous medical scheduling or healthcare office experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.

• Competitive hourly pay ($20 – $27 DOE).
