Description

The Patient Service Specialist is the first point of contact to patients. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service over the phone and the virtual visit platform. The PSS is responsible for front desk, patient registration, insurance billing and payment and collection/cashiering. Actively supports and incorporates the mission and core values into daily activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training - Some College.
  • EMR (electronic medical record) experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
