We are seeking a per diem Registered Sonographer to perform and evaluate sonographic examinations onsite at an imaging center. The role involves obtaining clinical history, assessing patient conditions, and providing technical interpretations to support physician diagnoses.
Qualifications Include- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Sonography Program or certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- Within 1 year of hire:
National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. - Within 30 days of hire: BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 9 months of ultrasound coursework experience, including clinical rotations in Abdomen and OB/Gyn; preferred experience in Breast and Vascular.
Perform sonographic exams, interpret physiologic data, and assist physicians in diagnosis. The position requires technical expertise, clinical assessment abilities, and adherence to safety standards.
