American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist requiring ARRT and MR registration for a radiology department night shift assignment.
Requirements- ARRT and MR registration required
- BLS certification required
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and high-quality imaging focus
- License required if applicable
- Radiology department setting within a 185-bed hospital
- 1:1 patient ratios
- Equipment includes GE Signa Artist 1.5T MRI scanner
- EMR/PACS systems include Epic and McKesson PACS
- Procedures performed include MSK, neuro, ortho, prostate, breast, MRCP, defecography, anesthesia, and pacemaker-compatible imaging
- Mon-Thu overnight shift from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- No floating required
- Team includes 2 PRN staff and 1 cross-training technologist, with recruitment underway for an MRI lead and additional tech
- Dress code requires grey or pewter scrubs
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
