** What You’ll Do**
* ** Clinical Support** — take vitals, document in EMR, perform point‐of‐care testing
* ** Immunizations & Injections** — administer vaccines and medications
* ** Phlebotomy** — draw blood and prepare lab specimens
* ** Patient Education** — support diagnostic testing and wellness coaching
* ** Clinic Flow** — prep rooms, manage patient flow, assist front desk
* ** Care Coordination** — referrals, care gaps, outreach
* ** Safety & Compliance** — maintain infection control, HIPAA, QA standards
* Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic performance goals##
** What You Bring
*** High School diploma or GED (Required)
* Current MA certification (Required)
* ** 2+ years of phlebotomy experience** (Required)
* ** 2+ years’ experience** (primary care or urgent care preferred)
* EMR experience (Required)
* Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills##
