We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide pharmacy coverage and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) at a 74-bed behavioral health hospital specializing in pediatric behavioral health and detox services.
Equity Staffing Group is Hiring – SAP Pharmacist / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)!Location:
Anchorage, AK
Facility:
North Star Behavioral Health Hospital
Start: ASAP – Contract coverage until a permanent hire is made
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
On-Call:
Possible weekend coverag
- Medication order entry and drug monitoring
- Omnicell checks and pharmacy oversight
- Support daily pharmacy operations
- Ensure safe and compliant medication management
- Acute care or behavioral health pharmacy experience
- Experience with HCS Web EMR and Omnicell is a plus, but not required
- Ability to fulfill PIC responsibilities
- Business casual dress code
- Required pre-employment screenings, Alaska DOH background check, and immunization documentation
- Alaska pharmacy licensing requirements apply
