Hotel Front Desk, Customer Service Rep
Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Managing room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using hotel reservation systems.
- Providing accurate information about room rates, availability, and hotel amenities.
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Resolving guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles is an asset.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
$17 - $18 hourly
